Hopefully all blessed n have great Monday,,Jangan Nak blues sgt yeee..  Well At the moment I'm staying at Damansara area in this one Homestay and i feel like I want to buy a house  but at the moment due To limitation of my loans and current economic also my employer situation>> I limit. my budget to. only 200-250K.. there are several options..but I need something ready so its either subsale or Lelong unit.. so that I can rent it out promptly.I'm planning to do homestay .. Well Basically at that kind of price i think It will be a real challenge ..So apart of site visit there are several property website that I use as reference..

Actually there a lot more.. but i guess this will take time and I need several months to really look for a great potential unit that could give me a good passive income/high ROI..Definitely its not an ez task appreciation/rental price/maintenance/location lot of factors to consider.. thinking of getting a good property agent.....
